We explain every item, identify what's hurting your score, and create a personalized action plan. Unlike companies that just file disputes on your behalf without telling you why, we make sure you understand every step of the process.
It depends on your credit profile. The Starter Glow program runs up to 6 months for lighter files with 1–3 negative items. The Ultimate Glow and Infinite Glow programs run up to 12 months for more complex files. These are estimates — actual timelines vary based on creditor response times, bureau processing, and individual circumstances. Results are never guaranteed.
Yes. SmartCredit is the 3-bureau monitoring platform we use with all clients. It allows us to track your progress across Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion in real time. Your SmartCredit subscription is separate from your program fee and is managed directly by you — we'll walk you through setup as part of your onboarding.

The Glow Up Playbook ($127) is a self-guided resource — you work through it on your own time, at your own pace, without a coach walking your file with you. 1-on-1 coaching includes a personalized review of your actual credit report, done-for-you strategy, and direct access to your consultant throughout your program.
